The rads_gen_sw*.sh routines need to be tested. In rads.xml the cycle/pass numbers and start times need to be updated.
Recommend a squash and merge.
With b98693b I already updated the phase/cycle/pass/time relation. I'll start testing the rads_gen_sw*sh scripts, then update in the swot branch. Finally, I'll merge back into master after squashing.
