Inconsistent supported platform information #59

The listing in the Visual Studio Marketplace at https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=rvo.vsts-promotepackage-task shows Azure Devops Server 2019 as a supported platform (under "Works with")

But the README.md on GitHub states that the extension does NOT work with on-premise Azure DevOps Server.
