Create my_review.md #74

Thanks for the contribution! Please make sure your review is a new Markdown file in the new_reviews directory, eg: new_reviews/my_reviews.md.

Once you submit your pull request, the review will be validated and once all tests have passed we'll merge it into the repo. GitHub Pages will then auto-magically generate the review at repo-reviews.github.io.
