pkgs.repoforge.org is DOWN #375

The repo & all the mirrors are presently inaccessible. The Centos wiki has flagged repoforge as a dead project. Any plans of reversing this? Too much important software here to lose it.

@chris001 I do not want to go too much into details but we, it means Dag at al, are not able to produce any new release of rpmforge-release in a smooth way...

I thank you for the support @davidhrbac Currently, I do not quite understand the concept. If I try to use yum or yum install centos on a dedicated server, I get this error message:

http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el6/en/x86_64/dag/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found" Trying other mirror. To address this issue please refer to the below knowledge base article

If above article doesn't help to resolve this issue please open a ticket with Re d Hat Support.

This error is due to the fact that they are working on a new release and it is normal? Thanks again

RepoForge used to be one of the important repositories for CentOS/RHEL. I know that RepoForge is considered to be clinically dead nowadays. On the other hand RepoForge is still physically alive.
