Correct registration links

@mikblack just pointed out that Melbourne's registration form crept into the template and is hanging out in the 'Register' link at a few different sites. Please make sure your registration link is correct! cc @arohl @cameronmclean @weaverbel @alexholcombe

Perth, Sydney, Brisbane - I see your registration links are still pointing at Melbourne; we need to get those fixed for your participants ASAP. @DamienIrving can help if you need help making your survey, and I can plug your link in if you're not sure how (if you search for the string 1FFsIlR in your stub, that'll take you to the url you need to replace). @BillMills Some of those sites aren't ready to take registrations yet - is there a temporary coming soon page that it could point to or something for the meantime? Perhaps with contact details for inquiries?

@DamienIrving - good idea; I dropped the links from those sites, redirected the Registration button back at the same page, and relabeled it as 'Registration (Coming Soon)'. No hurries if people aren't ready yet, as long as people aren't clicking their way to the wrong form :)

Hi all I have made some changes to our Brisbane site https://github.com/weaverbel/resbaz-2016-02-01/pull/2

Hopefully no major gaffes in there but please tell me if so – I want to get it right. I am juggling so many things at the moment that I may have stuffed it up for lack of time ;-( - I did get this message when I submitted it :

We are still not ready to take registrations – but I am happy to change the link if I know where it is.

At this stage we are asking for ideas and volunteers to help build it – that link is in our post.

We have enough to be going on with though, I hope.
