In the edit software section we should create communities page. The software maintainer should be able to search for the communities and make a request to join. The initial status of the request will be 'pending' and the definitive status, after community maintainer feedback, can be accepted or rejected.
The page should have an overview of community requests including the status: pending, accepted/rejected.
