Cmake refactor #28

Simplify Cmake files using specific targets methods and removing variables. Remove RobotDART link to inria_wbc (keep link to examples) Separate Cmake files for robot_Dart examples Add namespace inria_wbc:: (to link in other project we will use inria_wbc::inria_wbc)

This works well on Mac! Should we merge?

Ok this works for me as well I think we can merge Just be careful to take the walk_on_spot.yaml from the stacktrace branch or it will break the tests
