Portable version takes abnormal time to launch #16

Hi! I've been recently using osu!tracker in the portable version (if it's really portable? I just assumed the standalone exe is) and it takes around 1 minute to launch which is very long.

Idk what to provide, I'm at your disposal if anything is needed.
