Is there a way to set auto-sync to a folder in a way that only adds the new files to the Zotero library? Also, that identifies that you moved a pdf to a different folder.

Install in Zotero by downloading test build 0.0.5.25, opening the Zotero "Tools" menu, selecting "Add-ons", open the gear menu in the top right, and select "Install Add-on From File...".

With build 25, if you go into Zotero's hidden preferences you can find a setting named rmlint; if you install rmlint and add the full path in that hidden setting, the extension will use rmlint to detect duplicates and will not import those duplicates.

Also, that identifies that you moved a pdf to a different folder.

I don't understand this question.
