Hello,
The SystemManager.cgi to start the DC-Menu to format VMU and check Savegames is missing on Retrorangepi 4.2
to fix the error i have write a .sh script, look at attachment
or use follow command sudo ln -sv fileThatDoesNotExist ~/RetroPie/roms/dreamcast/systemManager.cdi
to activate the manager it is necessary to have a game in the dreamcast folder!
if you have another solution it is fine but please fix it
