The BitLCD theme updater/installer is not working on the new update. #45

Describe the bug A new BitLCD theme fails to display after selecting a theme and then initiating the "Download BitLCD Artwork" selection

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the R-Cade Menu
  2. Click on "System Setting"
  3. Click on "Accessory Settings"
  4. Scroll down to "BitLCD System Themes" and select "Carbon"
  5. Scroll down to "Download BitLCD Artwork"
  6. Press "Yes" when asked to continue
  7. Wait for the BitLCD artwork to download and install
  8. Notice that the new BitLCD theme never displays

Expected behavior The new BitLCD theme should display on the BitLCD once you download and install the new artwork pack
