### High level description
- [ ] The patient guardian can associate a doctor treating the Rett patient
- [ ] One patient can have more than 1 doctor
- [ ] This information is NOT linked with the doctor account (at least for the MVP)
- [ ] Adding a doctor is an optional step
- [ ] When adding a doctor, the following information will be mandatory: Name, 2 Surnames and Institution (hospital, health center, etc)
- [ ] The following info will be optional: Email and Phone number
- [ ] The patient guardian will have a page to list the doctors associated with a patient
