Added event delegation for mouseover and mouseout #137

Event delegation is added.

The npm tests result in an error which might be due to my setup (Win7 64 bit with an ubuntu vm). Would you please have a look at that?

I developed and tested the xpi in FF40.0.3.

Thanks for the contribution @SteffenLanger! Looks like the tests are passing in CI. There is an issue in the current master (fixed in #142) that may be the cause of your problems running the tests.

Either @rev087 or myself should be able to look at this PR real soon.
