Top Padding of Upcoming Tickets is Off / Can't Tap "X"

[ ] Description: When viewing my Upcoming tickets, the view is overrun at the top of the screen by my notification bar. It overlaps with the "X" to close / return to the tickets index. This isn't the case on Past tickets.

Better on my S7 Edge.

@jpatricknola - please test on physical iPhone to be sure we didn't break anything; confirm with a comment and then you can move to UAT. even though Zach hasn't been doing UAT, let's at least take that step and I'll sweep through tomorrow and close UAT if it hasn't been touched by EOD.

Patrick confirmed in Slack that he tested this on iPhone, so moving it ahead to UAT.
