We should build an extensive list of people and where they want to be put officially in the FF Project.

I've set up github as a sort of attempt to try and do this organically but we need to encourage more people to step up and subscribe to issues that are relevant to them so we can all stay on task.

As you may or may not have heard from block, I was extremely disappointed with the way the meeting was handled last night. Not only were my topics not covered before everyone decided to up and leave without asking if anybody else had anything they wished to discuss, but afterwards I was completely ignored by Troy when I tried to speak to him about the events staff role because he was channel hopping and fooling around talking about girlfriends and dating sites. I stayed up late for the sake of the meeting so I hope you can understand my displeasure (and that of my parents) when I felt I had to yell to be heard over everyone, and even then I was ignored. I found it extremely rude and disrespectful and I felt as if I had wasted my time so I left to cool off and sleep. That being said, I'd like to make a few suggestions at the end to hopefully make sure that this does not happen again to anyone attending future meetings.

As for what I wanted to discuss, I wanted to talk with Troy in more detail about the events stuff since more or less the only thing mentioned in the meeting was 'fallen fates bootyshorts' for winners... So if Troy you could be so kind as to take a bit of time to talk to me and the others interested or make a more detailed ticket on the GitHub it'd be most appreciated by everyone I'm sure.

My next issue is the brecar and solari concept ideas. I know stuntman was sharing his ideas just before I left and I apologize for not staying to listen. And also I wouldn't have been able to see candle's thoughts because I was using my iPad and couldn't see the channel chat. So if I could talk to a) someone who is a solari b) someone who is a brecar and c) candle at some point next week then that'd be super.

A short one this one. Stuntman, as pretty as they are and I'm sure you put a lot of effort into them since you're wanting to practice, I'm just not comfortable with you using my work to make edits. It's nothing personal at all it just doesn't sit right with me having someone tweak my hard work. If anything needs changing for the sit or whatever, id rather do it myself. I hope you can understand that.

Next issue is the website, we really really really need to sort that out. I don't know who the website people are but we need to start promoting ourselves and if we have a forums people can visit and regular events people can take part in, they'll want to stick around for when the server is done. It'll also give people a chance to read up on lore and things before they stampede onto the server when it is released. It'll also get people hyped up too. And we can start putting the art up there instead of having it collecting dust on the GitHub, I didn't spend hours at a time on each piece for it to be sat there like that.

I wasn't going to talk about this in the meeting but I figure I may as well go into it now. My role here. Something sonnet had said before the meeting had got me questioning my purpose here. When all the artwork here is done, what will I do? I have no intention of rping on the server so there is really no reason for me to be here after that. Which goes on into why I was so enthusiastic about the events staff and why I was so let down that my voice wasn't heard. I know I can't code and I've never moderated anything before and I'm not very good at building but I'd really like something else I can do when no more artwork is needed. Of course if anyone asks me for help with anything then ill try my best to help but I'd like a more definitive role here rather than feeling like I'm not contributing anything.

Finally, my suggestions for what we can do for the next meeting whenever it may be. 1) people need to arrive on time. This isn't a reference to Troy since he had a valid reason but more towards the people who were joining/leaving/being moved in and out of the channel. It's extremely annoying if we have to wait on certain people or when people ask questions because they joined in halfway through and we have to repeat ourselves. I suggest not moving people in and out during the meeting, and everyone just generally try to be on time unless you have a valid reason. Like Troy couldn't control the traffic or whatever. And also not asking 'what are we talking about?' Until the end, ask someone to fill you in if you missed something when the meeting is over. 2) plan it better beforehand. Plan exactly what topics need to be covered and who is associated with them. And if anyone is going off on a tangent, letting them ramble on because you feel bad for telling them is just going to cause time issues with people and that's how we end up talking until 1am. 3) this is one I want to stress a lot. ask EVERYONE if they have anything to say before closing the meeting. Just because the majorities have finished talking about their stuff doesn't mean the minorities won't have something to say too. It's disrespectful and that's how we end up having important topics ignored and people feeling mistreated.. I suggest maying going down the list of everyone in the channel and asking if they have anything to ask ONE BY ONE with no interjections from others. Give everyone a turn to speak and don't start fooling around/interrupting. 4) I think we do need to have talk power activated. We just have too many people attending these meetings and with everyone talking over each other it can get very frustrating for everyone else.

I think that's everything, if I have anything else ill just make another comment after this one. Sorry if it sounds like I'm being bitchy or demanding but I felt like I needed to make a statement as to why I was so upset last night.

The only reason I had thought to share that piece was because I thought it looked rather nice and was something I was proud of. I respect that you don't want me to edit your artwork anymore just to practice with, but I figured you would be more flattered then offended. So I'm sorry I offended you. Since this was the only thing kind of keeping me around for now I'll just kind of slide off into the shadows for a while. The atmosphere here has changed considerably and the server is heading in a direction I just no longer support for now. I'll check in from time to time here to see if things have changed for the better and I'll be here for release. But I don't think I can stand behind the server for a while because of the environment and hostility that has over taken the entire server.

The fact that you had the floor for 5 minutes and you never actually contacted me makes your accusations of me invalid. Say all you want, including that you approached me, you in fact never did. You chose to take your time to talk about your drawings not events and might I stress that THE EVENT PLANNERS HAVEN'T EVEN HAD A MEETING YET? Not once did you approach me saying anything about events and anything else you say is completely a lie. As for "booyshorts" credit those to King as it wasn't even my idea. Even about FF merchandise, I didn't bring that up, somebody else did. People came to the meeting and many of them had really nothing related to the server yet because they were new, what's wrong with entertaining them for a minute? People should have their commitment rewarded and if popping a joke or two is such an atrocious act, shoot me. I'm usually don't get worked up but this might be the most ridiculous accusation I have ever recieved.

As for Stunt, I would like to just have a chat with you, if your mind is set there is nothing I can do but let's at least sit down and have a discussion. I would appreciate it if you could do that. Thanks!
