Start figuring out the worldedit snapshots thing so that we can //restore regions.

I think that I'm just going to rsync/scp this because im fucking lazy and dont care anymore. Thus semi mooting issues #87 and #89 for now I'll be marking them as Someday Maybe.

Transferred server to server at 58megaBytes a second. Imported next stage is to #93
