Change the Shared project from a WASM project to a class library project #8

I sent Joydip an email asking for help. Well, the people at CODE Magazine sent my email to Joydip. Anyway, he said that the Shared project I created, I created it wrong. It should be a Class Library project. So, delete it and re-create it as a Class Library project.
