Check normalization of filter throughput FILT_COR #77

Check if we are normalizing w.r.t. the peak of the transmission or to 100%. it should be the former.

Also, we currently use the ratio of the throughputs at the systemic velocity compared to the peak of the filter. We might want to do this integrating over some estimate of the velocity width of the cluster. We could use a velocity-size relation to guess at that velocity.

We normalize wrt to the peak of the transmission filter, not to 100%.
