Fix capitalisation when reading MSP #3

Hi, different MSP dialects have different capitalisations. Seems the Riken MSP (MS-Dial and friends) uses NAME: xyz while many other MSP use Name: xyz. Yours, Steffen

I think this should be fixed with my last changes. We need unit tests to check. Do we have one .msp file for all the styles?
