Poker Dealing Identification #2

I do apologize. I am still getting used to Github.

There is no way for multiple players to identify their hands. The previous version had a

data['character'] "recipient":"'+character+'"

To allow the character name before the cards dealt. allowing multiple players to type in !deal and still know which hand is theirs.
