I've noticed whenever I restart the service on my satellite that I get a new device discovered in Home Assistant. Is there a way to stop this whenever I restart the service?

Possible dupe of #27

It is a dupe, but there was no actual resolution in #27, just a quirky workaround. I'm hoping there's some actual fix that can be done.
