Open the OPL link in a new tab #372

In the OPL section (chapter 18) open the OPL link from the loop image in another tab.

I think this issue is already open. The final slide for each topic, where the OPL practice references are listed, does not open correctly if you click them. (Maybe this issue occurs in any link included in the slides)

It seems that a modal window appears with two buttons on the right-up corner (open, close) however in the main window the next message is showed:

openpracticelibrary.com refused to connect.

The workaround is basically click in the buttons on the right-up corner or before to click in the OPL link use the right-button mouse to choose Open to ... option.

This issue breaks the UX for the user. Maybe it should better to choose other better way to click in links showed in the slides.

Ideas?
