Make zsh the default shell of the integrated theia terminal. #2

MAke zsh the default shell, so users do not need to type zsh every time they open the integrated terminal.

What about those of us who do not use zsh?

@InfoSec812 I think @jtudelag was referring to the 'boeing' branch itself. The plan was to create a branch from master to be used in the specific residency, in this case Boeing Defense in the UK, as the original repo Donal and Mike worked on was a generic one.
