They are all now being standardized at ISO and have received new OIDs.

SM2 ISO/IEC 14888-3 DAM1

id-dswa-dl OID ::= { iso(1) standard(0) digital-signature-with-appendix(14888) part3(3) algorithm(0) }
id-dswa-dl-SM2 OID ::= { id-dswa-dl sm2(14) }
i.e. "1 0 14888 3 0 14"

SM3 ISO/IEC FDIS 10118-3

id-dhf OID ::= { iso(1) standard(0) hash-functions(10118) part3(3) algorithm(0) }
id-dhf-SM3 OID ::= { id-dhf sm3 (65) }
i.e. "1 0 10118 3 0 65"

SM4 ISO/IEC 18033-3/AMD2

is18033-3 OID ::= {iso(1) standard(0) is18033(18033) part3(3)}
id-bc128 OID ::= {is18033-3 block-cipher-128-bit(2)}
id-bc128-sm4 OID ::= {id-bc128 sm4(4)}
i.e. "1 0 18033 3 2 4"

But actually the algorithm OIDs are not used in OpenPGP, there is the IANA registry for that.

The SM2 Curve OID is not standardized at ISO, in fact I can't find any curve OIDs with ISO.
