Add /connect page #100

I want to have some page people can go to in order to connect with me on various platforms. Links can be added to a ts script which is heavily typed, obviously.

TL;DR version: I basically want something like Linktree, but built and hosted by myself.

It is not that hard to build, so let's do it! 💪🏼

Way out of scope. Will open a new ticket for a contact form, which can be easily deployed using Vercel's serverless functions.
