I was getting a little overwhelmed with all recordings being in a single folder, so this change splits the recordings from each meeting into their own folder - also easier for sharing with others.
Note that I changed the format to remove the 'email' folder - for my use case this is unnecessary. But I get that you may want to keep that in master. If so, I can happily add that back in, it's a one line change :)
