Add Unix specific Modding API #113

Should solve issue #93. A corresponding change to ModInstaller2 needs to be made to incorporate the UnixSHA1 otherwise the hash check will fail on ModInstaller2 for Unix only.

Any update on merging this? Currently ModInstaller doesn't work at all on Linux and macOS

hk-modding/modlinks is the new modlinks for 1.5 and that takes care of this as well
