fix: Windows Chrome Cookie Path Add one: Profile *\Network\Cookies #16

In my current Chrome browser on the Windows 10 operating system, I am unable to access any cookies. The reason is that the path is incorrect. I am using multiple user profiles, and the cookies are stored elsewhere.

# correct path
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\<profile>\Network\Cookies
