Unify java and flash clients API visible from JS #126

From JS there should be no differences between using Java and Flash
embedded object as background. So both clients ought to share the same set of 
API functions .

Both flash and java clients expose now the same API for JS. Therefore both 
clients
are compatible with current JS UI (changing active client can be done manually 
by 
uncommenting proper html tag or by using set-active-client script).

Feel free to review changes which are available on Issue126 branch.

after unifying their API?
