BUG P3 - Cookie to recall your last login name #7

As of at least 0.2.7, for Mozilla/Firefox browsers seems to allow cookie to remember last login username after browser restart. Safari, IE browser restart still refuses to leave a cookie, though a last session variable does retain last username if browser isn't restarted.
