Implement logging functionality

Add a logging system to aid in debugging and usage analysis:

• Define log levels (INFO, DEBUG, ERROR, etc.)
• Log important events and errors
• Allow users to set log level via CLI argument
• Implement log rotation to manage log file sizes

Partially addressed this issue by implementing basic logging functionality. Further enhancements may be needed.
