Moved the Dichroic settings out of the mirrors and into the simulator as Optical Filters functions

-Added optical color filter functionality to the blackline and blackcircle blocker objects -Added locales for the word invert -Removed dichroic from the user interface as that term would only apply to mirrors. Changed it to filters instead and replaced what had previously been filter with the word invert. -Kept isDichroicFIlter and isDichroic for backwards compatibility. Could be changed in the future if needed. -Fixed the whitespace in wavelength to color function
