Serve in-house CDN #11

ridi-token-refresher is served by django(account server). django is not proper static file serving.

How about making a in-house CDN?

The purpose of this issue is not to make, but to think.

There are no plans yet. Currently django(account server) is serving this file. I created an issue because I thought that it would be nice to have a specialized static file serving.

@antiline Currently, token_refresher.js is only served from account.dev.ridi.io. Can I expect this file will be distributed by account.ridibooks.com eventually?
