after backup restore #53

I have a website and a use wordpress 2.9
I had some problems with the hosting and one guy from the help-desk dep.
restored a backup of my website. 
for the second time ofter a backup site is restored timthumb script is not
working.
i already rewrite the cache directory and the script. useless. i still
cannot see my images in post pages.

When I upgraded to WP 2.9, my default image disappeared. That image we put so 
if there 
is no image he can put that. Attached I send the file function.php

Hi - this isn't a WordPress support site I am afraid. Unless the problems are
specifically related to TimThumb then I can't help. I would contact your 
webdesigner
and get them to take a look.
