Path of the image not correct?

I host at knownhost.com and have problem with timthumb on their hosting
service.

I tried to use SWIFT themes that using timthumb on their script function
and run it on my blog http://friendstper.com

The problem is this timthumb generate image with this URL :
http://friendstper.com/wp-content/uploads/swift_custom17.jpg meanwhile the
correct URL should be
http://friendstper.com/wp-content/uploads/swift_custom/17.jpg
The difference is the the (/) before the 17.jpg

I run this theme on other hosting, it's working fine

What could possibly wrong with this hosting environment?

Hi - this issue tracker is for bugs with TimThumb, and this is a bug with the 
theme/
host. I would suggest contacting the people responsible for the theme/ hosting 
as
they will know the answer a lot better than I. If you find any bugs with 
TimThumb
itself then feel free to post them here.
