Update network graph to Riff color pallet #183

As a PM, I want a dashboard that looks cohesive and intentionally designed, so that our product looks professional. I would like the network graph to match the rest of the Riff color pallet in the other graphics.

Story Acceptance Criteria

[x] Graph should use the Riff metric colors as follows: User node, purple (#ab45ab); Course cluster , green (#7caf5f); PLG, orange (#f2a466), Capstone, blue (#128ead).
[x] Text on graph should meet a11y size and contrast requirements (WCAG 2.0 AA)

Make sure to use the Riff Colors Named Enumeration.

How does the tradeoff between showing more nodes and keeping them readable shake out? (Product question?)
