Add script for .text function symbol extraction, update symbol map #203

Rename merge_symbols.py to append_symbols.py
Create dump_func_symbols.py script for .text function symbol extraction
Create merge_symbols_script.py for merging of symbol maps with new symbol names
Update symbol map names with REL symbol names found
