It looks like the underlying cheat tables in the SQLITE DB are pretty straightforward with a few exceptions to hash and blob files. It would be nice to have the option to import new cheat libraries for specific games in aggregate instead of adding codes individually. This could be done with json or .csv support per game within the add new cheat menu.

This is useful for moded or unofficially localized games.
