Images are reported as 'Unattached' in media library #6

Even though an image is connected to a taxonomy it is reported as 'Unattached' by WP's Media Library.

Can cause users to mistakenly delete images.

In media library, "attached" means to posts (and custom post types) only. We can't make it "attached" to a taxonomy by that meaning.
