Heights in Occultation.plot_occ_map(), is not working when used together with centerproj #54

If we apply the plot_occ_map() with the centerproj activate the heights are misplaced and stays in the same position as before (without the centerproj).

This issue was fixed in #61 and will be available in v0.2
