Evaluate performance with a larger amout of data

Update: I will first perform this test locally on my laptop. Then, depending on how well it behaves in terms of performance, we'll have some guidance to choose an appropriate EC2 instance size for a semi-public test.

Hey @damianooldoni, I am revisiting this! Should we do further performance evaluations, or did we gathered enough data with the recent developments (the 500.000+ occurrences on the RIPARIAS instance)?

Yes, It's good for now. Most of the obs will come anyhow from species we have already added in RIPARIAS tool (production).
