Standardize the use 'application processor' and 'platform microcontroller'
Change to use SERVICEGROUP_ID
Add SERVICE_ID for each service.

Can you drop the CPPC and HSM changes from your PR. They have been changed completely from whats was there already. I have also changed the Fastchannels discovery mechanism for CPPC based on the implementation of CPPC in librpmi. I faced some issues with old details in implementation. If you want you may want to check the librpmi source, its merged already
