qemu-riscv64 is not installed #106

When running brew install riscv-tools qemu-riscv64 is not installed

There is no recipe for qemu in this repo. I appreciate your PR (#108), and provided suggestions.

Since much of the RISC-V support has been upstreamed and is available in the main distribution, this may not be necessary.
