tui-rs is unmaintained as of right now, need to move to ratatui #8

tui-rs is the source of TUI for the CLI binary of this project, tui-rs is unmaintained as of right now and a maintained version of tui-rs exists as a fork at rataui. Need to move to rataui ASAP!

ratatui hasn't updated the documentation officially and the community takeover hasn't been there officially, so gonna wait few weeks for the tui-rs handover to the new community

ratatui has been added to crates.io now, gotta update tui-rs to ratatui now
