get more accrurate Clause to improve the binder error message #15196

the Found in clause: None is not good.....

Caused by these errors (recent errors listed first):
  1: Failed to bind expression: current_timestamp()
  2: Invalid input syntax: For streaming queries, `NOW()` function is only allowed in `WHERE`, `HAVING` and `ON`. Found in clause: None. Please please refer to https://www.risingwave.dev/docs/current/sql-pattern-temporal-filters/ for more information
