Documents branch #3

Why don't you just put documents in the wiki? A separate branch is weird and not as easily accessible.

I know that it is weird, my understanding is that it is impossible to add external files (other than images) to an issue or wiki page.

I'd love to do it some-other way.... but as of yet, haven't found an easy solution (aside from maybe using yet another web service to host our files)

Why don't we just keep all the documents in one folder in the master branch or start a new repo just for documents?

If we do keep it in the repo, put in a subdirectory called docs. Edit: Yeah what lee said

Minutes should be on the wiki though

Created Folder, started the markdown, which I can put on the wiki...
