EventCard components now load the correct background color associated with current theme (DaisyUI tailwind.config.ts colors added, CLSX no longer required).

EventCard components turn into landscape mode on smaller screen sizes.
EventCard Images on mobile view are invisible and hidden.

Next Image now being used instead of tag.
