Move mix phoenixauth generator to a separate installer, out of the hex package #79

Remove the phoenixauth generator from the main package and repackage it as an installer - loosely modeled on phx.new.

Reasons

keep the Openmaize package lightweight
keep the Openmaize package framework-agnostic
setting up Openmaize is a one-off operation
- there should be no need to continue updating the generator library and templates

Installer model

The installer will be loosely based on phx.new (the Phoenix new installer).

It will be hosted as part of the openmaize github repository. The ez archives will also be part of this repository.

Timeline

The move will start once the #76 has finished.
