a) Pull the PRed branch you've been assigned

b) Pass the test

c) IF the tests pass, merge the PR.

d) Create a new branch

e) Write a failing test for it

f) PR and assign the next person

If you take more than 24 hours to pass the test, you lose a point and the direction of the game reverses.
