Added support for Bare Conductive Touch Board #12

Hey

I've added support for the Bare Conductive Touch board via boards.txt - also edited some of the VID / PID stuff to correctly match up and altered the VID length to match our longer name. Hope that's OK. We're hoping to start shipping boards reasonably soon, so if there are any problems, please let me know ASAP.

I'm not able to test it now, but it doesn't look like it will cause any issues.
